Westmere Walkway

Last Thursday Room 6, Room 5 and some of Room 4 went on the Westmere Walkway .  We got there and  started the walk  it was muddy like a squishy rotten banana. After a while we had a snack. We walked on and saw some big cows,  Mr.Waite chased them away with a stick. Then we had  to go in the mud and it was so fun, we had to jump over a fence to eat our lunch.

Food for Thought

On Friday we went to New World. When we got there we had something to eat and then Nova, the nutritionist, came and talked to us about what we would be doing. We went in five groups and we had to do some label reading and then we had to go to do the fruit and vegetables and we had to place them into five different colour groups.

On  Thursday Room 6 went to the Marae. We played some games.
